Casa Silvia

Everything, very central, large. Spotless & host was very welcoming. He’s do comfortable slept great, aircon & internet great also as one of us had to work for 2 hours on the Wednesday morning.

Very clean apartment and pretty interior. Thank you Silvia for the finer touches and all the help with logistics. We loved our stay!

First read the info regarding the electricity limit! We didn't read before shower when we got there, but Silvia was very helpfull and sorted it quickly.

Perfect location for the old town and surrounding area. Silvia as a host was fantastic and everything had been though about in the apartment. Would recommend the cafe just at the left of the apartment main door for breakfast, excellent food and drink and reasonably priced compared to other parts of the city.

Location excellent! Host excellent. The apartment had dishwasher soap as well as a washing machine soap. Bed was very comfortable. There is AC in the apartment which we didn’t need.

Noise, Friday and Saturday night noise from alleyway echoes late at night. circuit breakers were taxed if washer was running with the electric water heater, internet didn’t have bandwidth. 3.5 meg download speed. Needs upgrade. We don’t want to complain since Silvia was a wonderful. The location could not have been better! Maybe a Nespresso machine would-be a nice addition for morning cafe.

Beautiful apartment in a fantastic location. Everything we needed for our stay was in the apartment, extra bedding, fully equipped kitchen & loads of info on the local area. Despite our late arrival due to flight problems we were still greeted on arrival by a smiling host who took us up in the lift to the apartment & gave loads of helpful hints to the area. The surrounding area is full of cafes, bars, restaurants & shops, take the road opposite to a handy carre fore supermarket. Location is ideal, 10 mins walk from Piazza Del Ferrari & 5 mins walk to the port, aquarium etc. There is also a metro stop a few mins walk away. We would definitely stay here again.

Went with my girlfriend, loved it! City center, nice studio apartment. Very friendly and helpful Sylvia! My girlfriend forgot her gold bracelet in the apartment. Sylvia then sent it to us by mail, we are very grateful to her for this 🙂
