Appartamento spazioso e molto pulito, anche se è in centro le finestre sono insonorizzate. Vicino a fermata metropolitana e supermercati.

Sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr freundlicher Vermieter, sauber, gut geschnitten. Außergewöhnlich gute Lage. Circa 5 Minuten zur U-Bahn nach Bilbao und circa 10 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand.

Nachts bis mind. 1 Uhr sehr laut durch die unmittelbare Nähe zum Stadtplatz.

L'emplacement / Proximité des restaurants,magasins d'alimentation,plages,métro.

Pas de bac pour faire des glaçons,cuvettes des wc défectueuses,un peu bruyant dans la soirée (restaurants et bars à proximité)

El apartamento está perfecto. Limpio y muy bien ubicado.

Todo bien. Había mucho bullicio en la plaza de al lado pero el piso está muy insonorizado.

Buena ubicación . Buena calefacción.

La limpieza , aunque bién en las camas , en lo demás no era excelente como leí recomendado. Está encima de zona de alterne y aunque con doble vidrio, para dormir llevad tapones para oidos.
