"A great location, spacious and comfortable but disappointing not having proper pillows and unable to use the TV or enter"

Close to everything, spacious and well furnished

The pillows were terrible, lumpy small cushion inserts, not pillows. Crockery and glasses were dirty. Couldn’t use the TV or entertainment systems as TV remote was missing and the batteries in the other remotes were flat and some missing.
