The location is superb which is close to attractions. Very spacious house too. Owner is friendly and waived the parking fees for us because of the ongoing construction.

The ventilation in rooms could be better if windows could be opened but could not because of some construction. But we could open other doors/windows to overcome that. This issue should be minimise with construction completed.
