The room is clean, comfortable with all needed amenities for stay

Check in is difficult. With no lights around the ground floor of the property, it was hard to find the key locker and way to the room. Answer to any question at reception is to contact the owner, not sure if 'Booking.com' can come for rescue You need to ask for everything (e.g. guest card that provides free public transport and discounts to attractions)

The property was clean and well-prepared. The view was exceptional from the room's terrace, where we could enjoy our morning coffees. The rooms was relatively soundproof, we could relax even though the full house. The restaurant was simple, but the sweets were delicious. The wellness center has several tiny saunas, a pool and water beds, which ensures perfect refreshment after hiking in the mountains. The staff was helpful and kind.

Location was just a dream so quiet and stunning views. Loved the steam room, swimming pool and the great outdoors. Playground was massive with lots of activities for kids to do

It would have been better if we could use the indoor facilities with everyone using proper swimming attire and not be completely naked. There was no choice of fresh juices in the restaurant

Our balcony had an incredible view of the mountains. The room was perfectly clean and had everything we needed. The staff was nice. We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and will come back here again.

Very nice appartement, calm, well equipped with a magnificent view, good location and with the comfort of pool and sauna of the hotel. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay very much despite a rainy weather!
