Malasits Apartman

The accommodation was in a such a good place, in the hearth of Győr, and in a beautiful little street. The owner was really helpful, and the cleaning crew also, they did everything we needed. Absolutely recommending this place!

Well, the toilet was a little bit hard to open/close, and the hallway was a little dark. The coffee machine was hard to use, and we had a little bit of trouble with it. And the windows were strangely angled.

Location, location right in the middle of the old town. Photos in how to get there and which apartment etc were good if not for the mix-up for which apartment was ours.

Confusion on arrival as instructions gave us conflicting information about which apartment versus which key safe box. Additionally two of the three key safe boxes opened with the same combination. Our specified lock box was in fact not ours. Host was easily contactable though and resolved situation within seconds of us placing a call. Once into the apartment the photos didn’t match the site so the confusion continued albeit briefly. It was a functional and clean so lets all move on. Shared entrance way was a bit grubby, a bit too much rubbish and a bit of a smell but probably not in the control of the host given the shared access way. A window faces out onto stairwell which is good for natural light but the curtain is challenged to cover the window from a privacy perspective.

Localization

There is fake window. You open it into dirty hall, not into street. It is not clear from describtion and from the photo, that it is fake. It will be fair to write it to the describtion.

The host gave me all the information needed to enter the property. This included a youtube video as well as texts via booking.com

I can not find fault with any of it.

Everything with this place is excellent. Pictures online don't do it justice. I highly recommend the apartment. I would suggest the hosts to get some new pictures taken to accurately portray how spacious the room is and how large the sleep coach really is. It's fantastic.

Had some trouble opening the key box. The only window of the place goes into the stair house, but it doesn't really matter, when you want to rest in the flat anyway. Only unpleasant surprise was when I woke up on the last morning and my room smelled of cigarette smoke because someone was smoking in the stair house.
