The location is good, and the size of the room is ok.

The room wasn't clean, even spider's webs can be seen in corners. There's a sofa bed and above it a mattress. However, it was said in the description that there is a king-size bed. Some of the facilities mentioned in the description didn't exist like the hairdryer and TV.

"Superb"

this apartment is centrally located. It’s in an older building. One large unit was converted into multiple apartments (each with private bathrooms), all of which share the same entrance door. The apartment is clean and functional. On my night of stay, the neighbor apartment was rented to a large group of students (at least 6 or 7). They were going in and out all night long, and slammed on the common door shared with my apartment all the time. They were also partying (or loudly chatting?) in the staircase area for a long time. I ended up not having a great time there, but it’s perhaps not the host’s fault.
