Great location, handful amenities and friendly host.

Clean, kitchen well supplied, central location.

The stairs from the street are very difficult if you are shorter and older and with luggage. The bathroom is very cold and odd in needing to go through 2 doors to access it (that area also is very cold). In the bedroom, maybe make it so you can plug in your phone chargers without having to unplug the lamps. Nightstands with a drawer would be nicer than just the small shelves. For parking, you should absolutely tell guests to use maps to drive to Acontece restaurant and park across the street from the restaurant. And tell them Rua Alcamim is the one with smooth white calçada not the grey rough stones. Also fyi there is electric car charging in front of that parking lot.

The apartment is located in the centre of Elvas, in an old building. The apartment has been renovated and has a fully equipped kitchen and airconditioning.

It was very cold in February, the old Portuguese houses are not properly isolated, so the temperature inside equals the outside temperature (which was around 5-7°C). Yes, we could use air conditioners to warm up the apartment, but after turning the aircon off, the warm air would immediately disappear. We live in Portugal and use oil radiators in the winter, they are more efficient than airconditioning.

Location is very good. It's center of the city.

For couples it is a very nice stay. But for family with baby it is difficult to climb up with stroller.

I loved this little apartment. It was super cute and comfortable. It was a nice size, clean and I felt safe staying there. The host was very friendly with great communication. I would come back. Thanks for a great stay! :)

There is nothing that I did not like. I will say that if you have any mobility problems, the stairs up to the apartment may be difficult.

Everything needed is available in the apartment.

The boiler is in one of the bedrooms making some noise. The toilet is leaking meaning that it fills up constantly making noise through the night.

Photos were accurate, coordinating with Patricia was great, access went well - that’s always a good thing. Light and bright, lots of windows, nice bath and kitchen. Stairs are high rise - use hand rails and lights.

Bedroom AC needs a cleaning - odor there. Didn’t use it once detected.
