Cosy Little House

The apartment has a wonderful location, less than 5 minutes away form the San Lorenzo Cathedral and the Aquarium right in the old part of the city. This old aesthetic of the area translates to the apartment as well, as you'll find it in a historical building and it still keeps some of the old architectural details. Our host, Ms Claudia was amazing, she really made us feel like home and gave us some great recommendations for visiting spots as well. It is clear that this place is well cared for, it is very clean and well equipped. We will certainly return when we visit Genova again!

Location, close to all in the heart of old Genova town

There is no AC and you can’t hardly sleep at nights in summer. There is no possibility of opening the windows due to the noise, as there is a restaurant just below ( till 2 am) and the trash truck services make a lot of noise since early in the morning ( 6 am). The internet connection is poor and only works in the living room. The TV is old fashioned and has no streaming services. The kitchen works with gas and you need a lighter to switch it on. The electricity power is very low, we experienced a black out just switching the oven. The shower floods the bathroom as is not properly sealed.

The location was excellent, right in the heart of the restaurants and landmarks. It would have been perfect if the nearest Carrefour was within a 5-minute walk. The owner and the housekeeper were both very friendly and helpful.

The noise from the restaurant directly below was quite disruptive. Since the room had no air conditioning, we had to keep the windows open as it was in the mid summer. The loud buzz from the restaurant woke our kids a couple of times in the middle of the night. The noise finally stopped around 2 am.

The apartment is very interesting, with high ceilings and drawings on them. Christina was very nice and helpful. She met us at the apartment, told us where to go, what to see. Thank you:)

The house has literally in the city center, the house was really nice and comfortable. The hostess Claudia has really nice and helpful.

Lovely apartment in perfect position. Host went above and beyond when I got injured while out one day. Kindness of strangers that will never be forgotten.

The apartament is excellent. Clean, modern and super well located. The main attractions in Genova and train stations are in (very short) walking distance. The neighbohood is very live with thounsand of nice restaurants and bars directly in the corner. Claudia was vary kind and waited for us to give us the keys although our train was delayed. The communication with her und also with Cristina was very fluid and friendly.

The neighborhood is full of cool bars and can be a little noisy for those who need complete silence to sleep.

The property location is super central, 5 minutes walking form the Acquario and the Congress Center. The street is small but close to a square, ideal also for solo traveler. The host, Claudia, is friendly, kind and she tries to satisfy all your requests!
