Cosy Little House

Claudia was in constant contact with us. She is a lovely woman! Her flat is situated in a wonderful location. The flat itself is spacious, with all facilities working properly. The kitchen has everything we needed. Additionally, being an old Genoa apartment adds even more charm to the flat. In summary, it was a pleasant stay, and we were happy we chose this flat.

Two recommendations for guests: please ask Claudia about heating (we forgot to inquire, and our first night was quite cold until we figured out how to fix it) + bring some slippers as the floors are cold (this is not Claudia’s fault; it’s common in other cities in Italy, slippers are usually not provided).

Wifi is interrupted frequently in bedroom. You hear noise from outside specially in the morning which we found annoying.

The location was great, and house was clean and had everything we needed.

I didn’t read the property facilities carefully enough and didn’t realize it didn’t have air conditioning - my fault. We were there during a heat wave so the house was hot during the day.

It was very very hot without air conditioning and we couldnot sleep and we were sweating during our staying and the property gave us fan with alot of noise that not helpful .for winter maybe is ok but for summer was awful.

The position is great, the flat is nice and has everything you need.

There is an elevator but it doesn't start from the entrance and you need to do the first flight of stairs to get it. Which was a bit uncomfortable with the kid, stroller and lagguages

The place is very clean and comfortable, has all the needed facilities and is very conveniently situated in the centre of Genua, a short walk away from the port. The host Cristina was very welcoming and nice.

The location was perfect, the apartment was lovely and our host Claudia went out of her way to make our stay memorable. She provided great tips for local restaurants and how to get around town.
