Great spacious apartment plenty of space for the children

... I found the vat on top of the booking was over priced ...There was a lot of damp in the double bedroom and the window lock was broken so we Couldn't even open the window . The humidifiers/ water box's were all full and looks like they had been for some time . A beer bottle found in the kids bedroom .. which tells me that the bedroom wasn't fully cleaned after the last people Cigs and beer can left in the garden .. Although there were good points to our stay if these things were all addressed and little last minute checks was done to ensure things were not missed when cleaning this would make an ideal stay I do see that these buildings are old and damp can be a problem to solve ..

The weather ah but that can't be helped

Location fab. Flat was warm with lots of hot water and clean bedrooms and towels. Was very welcoming and liked the little bag of goodies in the kitchen.

Grill pan was filthy and had not been cleaned by previous people. Carpet in the living room was badly stained and needs replacing. Water from the flat upstairs pours down the window in the double bedroom - think it must be from their bathroom when they bath/shower. Toilet didn't have a washbasin so you had to use kitchen or bathroom. Appreciate it's an old property and only tiny loo so would be a logistical nightmare.

It would have been better in the toilet was in the bathroom.

The location was perfect! Right in the heart of Filey with only a few minutes to the train station, shops and beach. The flat was very comfortable and spacious. Jo was very accessible when we had questions.

We had trouble with the smart tv and couldnt watch anything but Jo actually replaced it! The courtyard at the back of the property was awful, full of moss and tatty furniture. The bath tub took ages to drain away which made having a bath inconvenient.

Seawards 2bedroom SEAFRONT Filey a title which was also incorrect as it most certainly was not SEAFRONT Facilities listed as wardrobe bbq and bbq facilities patio garden outdoor dining area and furniture picnic area seaview sun terrace inner courtyard view. All of these descriptions and item just non existant and certainly what you see in the photos was decrepid and unacceptable. The terrible smell of drains made us leave as soon as we took the photos DO NOT GO TO THIS BASEMENT APARTMENT We have asked for a full £540 refund and the owner has not been in touch since. Booking.com offered a £97 refund which we refused.

Great location, nice apartment, clean and spacious. Everything needed was provided and instructions were clear.

Drainage smell in the kitchen. Noises coming from upstairs were very loud, you could hear everything, even the people talking and the TV playing loudly.
