Great location, nice apartment, clean and spacious. Everything needed was provided and instructions were clear.

Drainage smell in the kitchen. Noises coming from upstairs were very loud, you could hear everything, even the people talking and the TV playing loudly.

Fabulous location, near everything. Generally clean, everything you need to have a little break away. Lovely little welcome pack where the children enjoyed the sweets and cookies!

Clearly some drainage issues as the smell was unbearable at times. We would have liked to have emptied the bin in the kitchen but couldn't see anywhere that could be done. A few repairs would make a big difference and little touches. Table cloth was stained on arrival and I put it through the washing machine but the stains didn't come off, light switches were hanging off in places, the extractor was broken.

Appartmemt overall was OK.

Mould in cupboard by door, appartment smelt of damp. Toilet was in a very awkward place, the back yard was unwelcome to sit there, front garden needs a tidy up. Found the telly only had 1 channel.

The location couldn't be better, close to the sea & all the amenities. The apartment was contemporary & cosy (my 6 year old grandson loved it!). Well equipped with everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing. Tap in bathroom needed some attention, but a minor detail.

Outside no effort at all put into garden etc very poor dirty at the back.

Sorry nothing it was unclean it’s supposed to be self catering? Everything was dirty carpets even the mattress couldn’t even get a reception for emergency contacts on mobile I could go on and on but good luck to next visitors

The location was brilliant

Outside at the back is filthy, needs a good cleaning/pressure washing. There's a tub in the back yard that is full of something disgusting. A scheme of maintenance is needed throughout. Trouble with the tv. Cooker hood fell apart when opened Dirty mugs/cups Outside furniture filthy Double bed broken (slats fell out, bed knob broken & dangerous) Damaged kitchen units The rear hall light has no cover, exposing live wires. The smell of damp hits you when you enter, there are several condensation collector units throughout the property. No mobile signal but you are in a basement flat. Split washboard in kitchen The steps down to the apartment are high & steep & could prove dangerous to some people. Tap in the bathroom is loose. The floor in the kitchen was sticky & dirty. No wardrobe in main bedroom just a few coat hangers (there is a tallboy unit in the 2nd bedroom but you can't open the doors enough as it's at the end of the bed. There's probably more wrong with the place, it needs a complete makeover.
