Perfect location ! It’s a really nice flat !!

Spacious and clean, very nice building and view.

The view is so nice.

Location wonderful, huge apartment with everything you need, didn't have a problem finding paid parking. Loved the opportunity to enjoy a historic building and the lift.

We would have loved a Queen bed instead of twin beds

Spacious apartment. Close to attractions. Well equipped.

VERY POOR HOSPITALITY and BED BUGS. The owner lives on top of the flat and could see that my family arrived early with our luggage in the rain and yet when contacted did not let us to leave luggage in the apartment or check in earlier than exactly 3pm so we sat on a bench for 4 hours. Bizarrely they sent a WhatsApp was send stating check in is 5pm. No one met us at the property and instead a key was left in a letter box with instructions. The flat was very cold and the heating was rubbish, when we asked we were told it’s due to gas restrictions from Russia due to the Ukraine war, yet everywhere else in Genoa was warm enough! The morning we left we found a BED BUG on the sofa bed, we had no time to check out our beds. Then stated via WhatsApp that we should clean our bins out before leaving. Although the facilities in the flat were good the curtain rail fell down when the curtain was closed and we were told it’s because we “violently” closed the curtain (was fixed the next day), just zero hospitality and rude.

The small bathroom door is old and can see everything inside so it would be better to put a decal on it to cover it up.

There was very poor water preasure. Cabin door are broken.

Then location is very good in a nice building. The appartment is very spacious, clean, two bathrooms wich was important for 8 people. Big kitchen. There IS a balcony, which we found accidentaly:) Check in was clear and easy.
