Absolutely amazing place in the middle of the jungle with animals all around you. Very clean, very confortable, air conditioning in the cabin. Cristian and his family are so welcoming and kind, they will do their best to make your stay an Unforgettable experience.They cooked for us delicious meals and organized our excursions to Corcovado National Park. Also advised us how to spend our free time and showed us many animals, it was such a pleasure to spend some days with them. This place is an untouched paradise, a beautiful beach is just 1 min. walk, the cabins are located on the beach but the abundant vegetation doesn’t allow to see the sea from the cabins. The route to the cabins itself is an adventure, 4x4 car is a must. The three days we spent there were The best of our visit to the Pacific Coast of Costa Rica. We will be back there for another holidays for sure.

The only thing we didn’t like was leaving this amazing place and saying goodbye to Cristian and his family.

Beautiful setting in trees with nice tropical landscaping that draws in birds of many kinds! From our patio we saw toucan’s, hummingbirds, scarlet rumped tanagers and monkeys! The Drakes Bay trail is easily accessible and it’s a one hour hike to Drake’s Bay and 45 min to beautiful Rio Claro for a fresh water swim! Christian our host helped us with whatever we needed. He is a wonderful resourceful man. He and his wife Virginia are so kind.

Really nice place with a wonderful family of three, you live close to the family and get a real genuine costa rican experience. Virgina and Christian really put in the effort to make you feel at home. Close to beautiful beaches and nature.

Authentic experience

Very kind and helpful staff, good light breakfast. Great location for birding and a fabulous almost private beach. Room was great with good AC and a fan. Shower worked but pretty low water pressure. Enough to rinse off though. Lots of bird life and close to Corcovado NP.

We were a little disappointed in the dinner that was an extra charge-but there are other places to eat close by that were great, but a little hard to find.

Spectacular setting, the kindest family possible, excellent food, and attentiveness from Christian made this a special stay. A real family experience in the middle of nature with empty beaches and world class nature and hiking trails on your doorstep. And the feeling that you were with a real Costa Rica family, spending money where it should go.
