Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited at the property and any guests found to be ignoring this rule may be charged GBP 250 plus additional costs to cover cleaning/damage costs. If guests lose keys during their stay they will be charged a call out fee of GBP 60 to provide keys. If the call is made after 21:00 then no keys can be delivered and guests will need to find alternative accommodations for the night at a cost to themselves. Please note 1 small dog is only allowed in the Studio Apartment Room 2 for an extra charge of GBP 15.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Only downside i couldnt figure out where the therma stat was to turn on the heating. But im sure if i would of questioned it to host they would of been able to advise.

"Great place to stay for a spontaneous trip away would come again"

It was warm and cosy smart tv nice touch heating and radiators worked a treat

Only had issues with the bath as there was no tap fixture so found it hard to not spray water over the edge of the bath and the plug in the bathroom sink was stuck in so had to prise it out to make the sink not flood

we found all just well as in the description. there has been no further contact with service personnel.

it seems important to repair the entrance-doors lock immediately. The snap-back mechanism is not in reliable state. You could need minutes to unlock the door. In case of fire that could mean fatal outcome. There‘s no second way out - the window is to be smashed if you must out - that needs time and is not easy. The fire-extinguisher is no mean for the lots of inflammable materials.
