Nice, clean, close to the city centre, good interaction woth the host

The apartment is on the ground floor and close to the enterance in the building. Unfortunately, on the night we stayed there, there where people going in and out and talking until 3 AM, and was difficult to sleep. Other than the constant noise no other minus

The location is great, just a 10 minute walk from Palas mall. The apartment is new with minimalist furniture.

There is no bed, only a (very) uncomfortable extendable small sofa and the pillows are very thin. The apartment walls are like paper and you can hear every single sound on the staircase. It's also the first apartment from the entrance, on the first floor, so there is high traffic and you are bothered by every person that enters or leaves the building, even hearing the front door everytime.

The apartment is on the ground floor…2m away from the entrance…I slept from 02:00 to 06:00…I couldn’t sleep before or after because of the people slamming the entry door…At some point I had the feeling that they are coming inside the living room/bedroom…

The place is brand new, fully equipped with really nice furniture and a lovely kitchen. Everything was very clean, bright, and the place makes you feel like home. There is everything you need to make coffee or tea to even cook there. There is also a washing machine for clothes. The place is really well positioned in Iasi, near the Mall. You have nice toiletries in the bathroom too + self check-in. Loved it!

The bathroom and location was the only thing that i liked.

The cold lightning in that house makes everything looks unconfortable, the room isn’t cozy as u expect from pictures. Also the biggest problem is that u are staying at the ground floor where the view is a car parked in front of the window or people staying and smoking and looking inside the house.. very unpleasant. The flat is located at 1.5m after you enter the building, trust me.. all night I heard every person who entered that building, as if they were entering the apartment. The tv is old, no youtube, no netflix nothing.
