Coffee on the house is a great idea, thank you. Bright and clean, functional kitchen and washing machine, spacious. Just few minutes walking distance to everything one may need: entertainment, medical, shopping, etc.

Cannot complain, everything was fine, however, rarely things are perfect. One might wish to know that the apartment is the 1st on the entrance hallway. As many apartments in the building are short-term rentals, there is a lot of movement in the hallway: one can hear trolley wheels, dropped luggage, etc, not to mention that people are not very considerate towards their peers and speak loudly, no matter if it's 1 in the afternoon or 1 in the morning. Small things that apparently are not very important might bring an important plus: the support for the shower, a support for the toilet paper, a better chair, fully functional plugs, etc. I am sure these will be fixed soon. Another thing one may wish to know is that the bed is actually a couch. this means that the 2 halfs don't have the same "consistancy". Also, the margin half is on springs. And lastly, a bit lighter on the room scent could be appreciated by some. As I was saying, small things. However, it was a nice stay overall, it is worth it!

Location, facilities, cleanliness, staff.

Very very noisy, because it is located on the ground floor, just in front of the building entrance. A hairdresser would be nice.
