Petteri welcomed us very well in Ivalo. The apartment is very clean, modern and functional (all we need is there). We were able to have several experiences thanks to Petteri: snowmobile, reindeer farm, traditional meals and see the northern lights! We are very happy with our trip to Ivalo, Petteri is a caring and warm person.

Petteri is a perfect host! He gave me all the information I needed to have the best stay at his apartment. We went 2 times for hunting Auroras and it was very successful due to his expertise. He does everything for people to be able to see Auroras. He is polite and friendly, shared with me many stories and arranged many activities for me during my stay. Always very welcoming. The apartment is impeccable, beautiful, clean, new and has everything you need for a perfect and comfortable stay. He is engaged to make everything perfect. I super recommend the apartment and Petteri as a host and as a perfect guide for Auroras as well. Thank you so much Petteri!

Absolutely perfect place to stay! My husband and I had the best time at Neitamo 44 and are so glad we chose to stay here! To start of- Petteri is the best host! We came as guests but left as friends - he really enjoys meeting new people and hosts everyone with all his heart. He helped me arrange a surprise birthday dinner for my husband where he cooked us a delicious traditional meal - for vegetarians (which is hard to find in all of Finland) in his lovely little hut with a fireplace and Sami music! I still the miss the taste of the food and hope to have it again! He shared so many stories about his life and it’s truly inspirational what he’s achieved! Next up is his dedication to make our experience the best! He is so good at tracking the auroras and was sure to keep me posted if there was any activity! We will always remember the first time we saw the full Aurora borealis right outside apartment Neitamo 44. He also took us to his favourite spot and stayed out in the cold with us for an hour! The place itself is very cute and comfortable, thoughtfully decorated with an excellent bed! We were able to drive around Ivalo and to the outskirts easily! The views are pretty and we will always remember this holiday! Cannot wait to visit again! Petteri also helped us with recommendations for other parts of Finland to explore and we followed his suggestions blindly which turned out to be incredible too! I recommend Neitamo 44 100/100 so do yourself a favour and book it if you’re lucky enough to have it available!
