Great Central location right in the heart of Kelso. Nice apartment and comfortable for 4 people, a nice café next door for breakfast. Great location for visiting Kelso races.

Didn't like the stairs going up to the apartment but that's just a personal opinion it didn't bother others in our company. That's my one and only gripe.

"great location, comfortable but old fashioned and worn out"

central location, nice and warm,clean

the beds were uncomfortable,old mattress’s,sunken in middle and others could feel springs. Also pillows were old, lifeless and no protection covers on them,again bedding was old and old fashioned

"Lovely Stay"

Perfect central location. Cosy apartment. Apartment had everything we needed. Well quipped kitchen. Very clean. Host lovely and helpful to deal with. Comfortable size for 4 adults. Great having 2 bathrooms.

Not a complaint as such..Decor is a little old fashioned but as I said above everything was spotless. Only niggle I had was the pillows were too flat.
