Central Apartment Kelso

The location in the heart of Kelso, with free parking just around the corner. The apartment was spacious and I liked the fact that the bedrooms were on different levels, which gave added privacy if required. Also the fact that there were separate bath and shower rooms.

Nothing not to like

The location was very central and close to every pub and restaurant. The apartment itself was lovely and very clean and the host was always on hand to message or ring if you had any queries.

Great location for seeing tourist attractions. Restaurants, pubs, cafes, and takeaways near. Safe free parking very close. Apartment well equipped. Good internet connection.

The apartment needed updating. It looked like an old persons property with dated pictures on the walls and pottery and ornaments everywhere. It smelled smokey despite the no smoking policy. The carpets and furnishings needed deep cleaning. Single glazing meant it was noisey in the evenings. There is a disco opposite on Saturdays and drunken revellers broke glasses/bottles in front of the apartment entrance and others climbed on to the flat roof adjoining the apartment making a noise and flashing lights at around midnight.
