Ivan must have thought of everything. Necessary supplies was made available and there was enough of them. He was also very responsive when we messaged him.

Nothing that we could think of. We would come back there if you go to Kauai.

Great location - a bit of a view of the ocean, but an easy walk, Comfortable bed, great place- really enjoyed it.

Only issue was a closet door and the bathroom while very functional but a bigger guy here - sooo...more room would have been nice - but overall a wonderful wonderful place.

I thought the grounds were beautiful and the location was ok...until the nightmare started.

My wife and I were pretty sure the resort had bed bugs we found around 10:30pm. No staff or anyone to speak to about it at that hour. Left early as we didn't feel safe staying there anymore and called booking.com to complain since there was no body else to call. They said we had to deal with the property owner. He blew us off and kept our money and called us liars. Told us not to bother him anymore. Probably the worst person you want representing your company. Worst customer service I've ever experienced. I have many pictures and videos of the rust spot stained mattress cover and bites on my wife if you would like to see them. The resort sent a maintenance person there the next day and said just a dirty mattress cover. No bed bugs so no refund. Nevermind the bites and complete lack of response the night before when we found out about it. Even if the place was completely infested with bed bugs as well as the cockroaches we found I'm guessing they wouldn't tell us they were there. It's not good for their reputation to say there were. As long as you get paid, right? Terrible.

"Amazing location but needs some tlc"

Close to the beach, pool and some shops. The gym was amazing.
