Très bel emplacement avec la piscine et l’accès à la plage privée

Comme indiqué il y a une cuisine mais pas utilisable 🤔 Le personnel et en particulier Luca est très à l’écoute et serviable

La plage privée coté mer , la jolie piscine et la gentillesse des serveuses .

Chambres d’ un standing correct mais sans plus Porte qui ferme mal et pas de couverts , ni de four ou plaques . Pas de restauration (snack sur place) ce qui compte tenu de la situation éloignée des restaurants pourrait être un plus.

Très bel établissement au bord de la mer / avec une plage privée sur les bouches de Kotor. Vue directe et magnifique sur la mer et les montagnes. Chambre familiale spacieuse et confortable.

Dommage qu il n y ait pas un restaurant sur place / service de restauration on top du petit déjeuner car pas énormément de restaurants dans le coin. À noter qu il y a un « coin cuisine » mais qu il n est pas autoriser de cuisiner dans les appartements.

The staff were wonderful. The pool area and 'beach area' was fantastic. It was incredible swimming straight off into the clear sea. We took a boat trip straight from the hotel that they arranged for us. My daughter was sick from food posioining while we were there and the staff we very kind and helpful. There was loads of beach beds an it didn't feel crowded. It was a perfect distance between Perast and Kotor.

They forgot to clean out room one day - no clean sheets or towels even though I had left them to change - we had been there 4 days. Breakfast was good but not outstanding - if you came later the eggs, sausages etc had been sitting there for a long time. The parking was tricky on a busy road. At lunchtime and in the evening there was no where to go within walking distance. You had to drive or get a taxi to eat.

Couple of years ago I’ve stayed at this villa which is the reason why I’ve chosen to come back again. But this time it was quite disappointing. The location is perfect and the villa itself is really a treasure. It offers a privacy with its own beach and access to the sea.

Value for money doesn’t exist! For 3 nights/4 days and the price of almost 450€ per night, nobody has cleaned our apartment during our stay. No sheets or towels change! No additional soap or bath gel refill. Even though the apartment has a kitchen no supplies provided - no fork, no knife, no plates. Only 2 glasses left for 3 persons! And what has been the real disappointment is the fact that only after the booking and the payment have been made, we have been advised that the kitchen/restaurant is not working and no food can be provided (but they have offered to order catering if necessary - which has not been possible once we reached the property). The bar only offers coffee, water/soft drinks and hard liquor. It’s not even possible to have fresh juice for the kids.
