Kotor Sunrise Apartments

The apartment was just as in the photos, very close to the centre.

Labai tyli vieta, centrinėje miesto dalyje. Reikia palypėti į kalną, bet tai ne problema. Netoli miesto įžimybės ir paplūdimiai. Sunkiau yra su transportu užvažiuoti, buvome su motociklu, tad tai buvo iššūkis pirmus kartus užvažiuoti į kiemą.

Šiek tiek niūroka viduje, trūksta jaukumo. Labai mažai vietos pasidėti daiktus, lagaminus. Mes buvome pirmame aukšte, tai nebuvo itin gražaus vaizdo į jūrą.

Wij waren al een langere tijd aan het reizen waarop wij zagen dat deze in het bezit van een wasmachine is. Er was zelf wasmiddel aanwezig ( of dat van de host is of van achterblijvers geen idee ) het is 5 á 10 minuten lopen naar het strand.

Zodra je geboekt hebt krijg je een waterval aan berichten binnen van de eigenaresse. Zodra je denkt eindelijk te kunnen genieten van je rust komt er nog een hele reeks aan berichten binnen.

Very good location, around 7mins to the old town, less than that to the beach area. Apartment was clean, had everything we needed and it was easy to communicate with the host - she was very welcoming and answered our questions.

In the morning there was construction work at the site - it didn’t let us sleep. Also as the apartment is very uphill - it was hard to get to it by car for non locals who are not used to hills.

The apartment is close to the Old Town, just an 8–10 minute walk. The price was good for the quality. We mainly needed a place to sleep, so it worked perfectly for us.

The room was not very clean — there were cobwebs, lots of ants, and dust in the corners. There were no proper toiletries provided, just one half-used bottle of cheap shampoo. The linens were old and wrinkled. As it’s not a hotel, there’s no reception, which was fine for us, but the manager asked us to leave money under the doormat, which felt unprofessional. They also charge a cleaning fee, yet you’re expected to take the garbage out yourself. Overall, it didn’t feel like a 4-star experience.

The accommodation is in a great location – not too far from the beach or the old town, both of which are within walking distance. As is common in the city, finding a good parking spot can be a challenge. The walk back involves a bit of an uphill climb, but we didn’t mind it. There’s a shopping center and a bakery nearby, which was very convenient. The apartment itself is well-equipped, comfortable, and clean. A washing machine was available, and plenty of towels were provided. There’s also a small shared balcony in front of the entrance, offering a lovely view of the mountains. The host gave us all the necessary information, and the check-in/check-out process was smooth and hassle-free.
