Klidné místo s dobrým parkováním v dostupné vzdálenosti k pláži a centru města.

Zápach a špatně umytá lednice včetně přilehlé skříňky byla obtěžují po celý pobyt. Instrukce pro nastěhování vypadaly jako smlouva na uzavření hypotéky. Nesmíte to, tam to, ono, nebo zaplatíte pokutu. Komunikace přes Whatsapp kvůli pobytové taxe byla vysloveně nepříjemná.

Schoon en alles aanwezig voor een mooi verblijf in Kotor. De oude stad was geweldig vertoeven. Alleen contact gehad over de WhatsApp maar dat is dan misschien wel het moderne ervan en zeer vertrouwelijk

Redelijk stijl omhooggevallen met de auto...met wat stuurmanskunsten kom je er wel. Maar dat moet je te voet ook.

I loved how strategic the location is to old town and everything! But what I want to highlight is the exceptional customer service. I booked this stay way back in December, and the team has been consistently communicating with me to ensure my stay was lovely! Even after checking out, they accommodated my luggage as I had a late flight and they arranged for a taxi as well. I have never met any other exemplary customer service as this!

THE STAIRS! THERES STAIRS EVERYWHERE 😂😂 this is more of a reflection of me. To potential guests, be mindful of the steps. The bathroom can be really small if you are big like me. The Aircon takes a while to kick in and if you don't dry your towels or open your windows ventilation would be something you would need to tackle.

Easy understanding were the apartment is located. Despite huge difference in elevation, only 10min walk from the old town. Free parking is available. Check in was easy, and communication via phone was kind and helpful.

- apartment is obtained by reconstruction of some kind of utility room or garage, therefore "bedroom" was made on top of kitchen and living room, accessed via stairs. Money vise, it wasn't good value for money. Apartment I reserved was the one from the photos, but it simply didn't fulfil my expectations. At the end, if it was 50% cheaper, then I would be satisfied for what I get. - apartment wasn't properly clean - some basic articles were missing (spare toilet paper, spare kitchen sponge and cloth, salt, pepper) - I didn't like the fact that I didn't see the host, not the person in charge, during our whole stay, who would be available, if something needed or to make host-guest relationship (self check in and check out).

Close to old town

After booking, you get bombarded with “endless” messages about how to find your way to the property, penalty charges etc. Too much, and I didn’t feel welcome. Furthermore, the self check-in is useless as the host will reach out anyways to collect the payment as they are not willing to settle via booking. Besides the admin hassle, the bathroom is quite moldy and the sliding door broken so that the bath room cannot be closed. By far the worst accommodation experience on my Bosnia and Montenegro trip…
