La localisation et l’hospitalité de Rara !

Rara is a fantastic host, excellent recommendations (the Velimirović 0yster & Mussel Farm was particularly wonderful) and him meeting us to take us to the parking was very appreciated and helpful! Fantastic location, spacious rooms. Air conditioning appreciated and effective. Great shower.

Some of the cupboards/contents isn’t them were a little dirty, along with the crockery. No coffee machine.

Loved the apartment and the proximity to the old town. Rara was helpful and very knowledgeable.

Unfortunately during our stay the noise from late night music being played in the street by the Old winery, piano wine bar opposite the property meant that it was difficult to sleep until after the bar closed at 1am. Rara explained that he and other residents had made numerous complaints to the owner, and to local authorities. Rara offered us an alternative room, but this was also at the front of the building facing the bar. It seems unfair that Rara, an exceptional host, should suffer as a business due to the flagrant breaching of noise control in the old town by The Old Winery and I shall be writing to the wine bar and local authorities to express my views. Hopefully these issues will be resolved soon, as everything else about the apartment was perfect.0

Camas muy cómodas. Apartamento completo y perfectamente ubicado para pasar unos días en Kotor. Rodeado de tiendas, restaurantes y cafeterías. Rara nos proporcionó mucha información sobre dónde coger las excursiones y sitios dónde comer a buen precio y calidad. Nos resolvió el problema del parking y nos acompañó desde este al piso. Volveríamos sin dudarlo.

La luz del baño es muy tenue y oscura.

Idealna, centralna lokalizacja, parking, miły i pomocny właściciel.

Hałas za oknem do 1.00 nad ranem, bardzo mała łazienka, nie ma gdzie odłożyć kosmetyczki czy ubrań. Uwaga, panie: pająki pod sufitem :0

Rara is one of the finest gentleman hosts we have met. He really cares about his guests and their comfort.

If you are a light sleeper , ask for a quiet room.

Excellent location. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Included parking was awesome. Rara was without question the best host we’ve ever had. He met us at our car, showed us where to park, and oriented to the apartment and the area. He had such great recommendations for dining and activities. Five star experience. Highly recommend.
