We found it comfortable, private bathroom and private kitchen are good points. Well equiped for a little journey. Good localisation, near a bus stop.

Pros: 5 minutes walking from a bus stop, 3 minutes walking from a family mart, inexpensive, water gets nice and hot I don’t typically leave any kind of review as I figure if a place is bad that they’re trying and it’s better to say nothing but some of the things here deserve a bit of a warning. I also think there should be a full length mirror added to the apartment.

Cons: tub is extremely high like almost a metre high, no elevator/climbing 3 flights with luggage, no towels, waiting for hot water to heat up, troubleshooting washing machine, have to sort your own trash and throw it away, no bags provided to sort said trash

C’était très propre, pour passer quelques nuits à Kyoto pour une personne c’est suffisant, le lit était très confortable et grand, on s’y sent bien. Le personnel était très gentil, et le check-in s’est passé facilement. Tout était très claire dans les explications et il y avait du wifi. L’emplacement était génial car le bus dépose vraiment très proche du logement, et vous avez un Family smart pas très loin.

La chose la plus importante à noter est que la fenêtre n’est pas du tout insonorisée. Vous entendez absolument tout ce qu’il se passe dehors. La fenêtre donne directement sur la route principale avec toutes les voitures, et vous entendez tous les bruits comme si vous étiez dehors et que la fenêtre était grande ouverte…si vous avez le sommeil lourd ce n’est pas un problème, mais si comme moi vous avec le sommeil léger, alors ce sera un peu compliqué de dormir sans se réveiller. La salle de bain est assez petite, et il n’y a pas de bidet.

入住和退房都很方便，设施齐全，房东也很亲切，注意事项和附近超商都讲解得很清楚。

淋浴的高度有点低，如果身材比较高大的话会有点不方便。 然后不关房子的事，但是晚上外面应该有暴走族飙车导致我经常醒，有点无奈。
