Sue and the manager were very helpful! The blankets were warm.

The bathroom was really small, and the chairs very uncomfortable. Pillows were rock-hard.

Cheap. 15 minutes walk from Kyoto Landmark. There is a bathroom and a kitchen

Very noisy, the windows barely stop any outside sound (there is a quite lively street there). The same goes for the rooms temperature, if it's fall or winter you have to use air conditioning 24/7 on full speed, otherwise it's like you are outside.

Was quiet and had the basics for living each day. wifi worked great and never had an issue.

The bed was very uncomfortable for me. I wish it was a more solid single bed.

Expensive for what you get, that being a small functional room with an uncomfortable bed.

We enjoyed the comfort of the place, the facilities (kitchen, fridge, dining table & chair, a desk, a small bathtub & machine washing) and the space. We also received help from the staff when we couldn't find the accommodation. The staff-- Su-san was very thoughtful and waited for our arrival when we got delayed because we missed our train.

Accommodation is located in the alleyway so it was challenging to find the place. The guidance provided in the email on finding the accommodation is unclear. On our first day, we walked for 12 minutes from Imadegawa train station to reach the accommodation as we did not know the name of the bus station nearest to the accommodation. We think it would be helpful to other customers if you could provide information about the nearest bus station in the email.
