Die Lage war toll und es war sehr sauber.

Es hat stark gemüffelt, sodass man auch keine Kleidung in den Kasten hängen konnte. Uns hat auch noch gestört, dass die Gartenanlage für alle war (was grundsätzlich kein Problem ist) und so alle vom Garten aus direkt auf unser Bett sehen konnten - es fehlte uns leider die Privatsphäre.

"Sehr stilvolles Appartement"

Ein sehr gemütliches Appartement mit tollem Meerblick. Das Appartement war sehr stilvoll eingerichtet, die Küche enthielt alles was man benötigt. Gleich in der Nähe ist ein wirkliches schönes öffentliches Schwimmbad mit tollen natürlichen Meerespools, Kinderplantschbecken und Sportbecken. Der Eintritt sehr günstig nur € 2,20. Für € 7,50 kann man sich auch 2 Liegen und einen Schirm ausborgen.

Es gibt keinen richtigen Parkplatz. Man kann den Parkplatz vom öffentlichen Schwimmbad benutzen, der gleich in der Nähe ist. Wenn dieser Parkplatz voll besetzt ist, ist es schwierig in dieser Gegend einen Parkplatz zu finden.

La vue sur l’océan depuis la terrasse est superbe. L’appartement est très bien équipé, avec tout le confort possible, entièrement climatisé, et une laverie à disposition. La décoration à été faite avec beaucoup de goût, c’est très joli. Les piscines naturelles et municipale sont à deux pas, c’est agréable. Une épicerie est disponible à 4 minutes à pied, avec tout ce qu’il faut.

L’appartement étant situé dans une rue passante, il y a pas mal de bruit la nuit dans la chambre côté rue. Ce n’est aussi pas évident de trouver un stationnement pour la voiture, surtout en pleine saison. La ville de Lagoa n’est pas hyper fournie en restauration "moderne", par rapport à Ponta Delgada.

"Beautiful unit and views. Good location but tough parking."

Great views from inside and balcony. Nice laundry facilities Hand-painted bird-themed tiles. Easy drive to ponta delgada and airport.

A bit cramped especially if you have a lot of luggage. Close to popular bathing area so tough parking in summer. A bit over-decorated for my taste.

The apartment is nicely decorated and offers a beach feeling together with the outdoor garden & terrace.

The pictures mislead a bit about the layout of the studio even though it is a nice place to stay.

Beautiful studio apartment in a fabulous location with everything you need! Host was available to help anytime. Lovely welcoming treats (cheese, local bread, jam ect.)Great laundry facility. Quiet but close to Rosario town. Easy to walk to stores & local shopping. Beautiful views and nice coastal walks along pathway.

Absolutely nothing. Everything is perfect.
