Had to collect keys from agent had trouble finding the agents office

The WiFi was not good unable to use as it was so slow. Keys for house and apartment doors very temperamental

Picking up the keys was easy and straightforward. The location was also simple to find.

I would not recommend this apartment. Upon entering, there was an overwhelming smell of bleach (Domestos), and we had to air out the entire place. The apartment was not properly prepared for three people, and the showerhead was broken. We tried contacting the owners through Booking.com, but they never responded. Eventually, we had to go to the office where we picked up the keys, and after reporting the issues, we were given extra towels and bedding. The only real advantage of this place is its central location. Unfortunately, throughout the week, we discovered many more problems, but no one ever responded to our messages. The washing machine was broken, and even after replacing the showerhead, there was still a hole in the hose, causing water to spray everywhere. There was supposed to be a bidet in the apartment, but it simply wasn't there. The worst issue was water leaking from the ceiling in the kitchen. The apartment was also very cold, and there was only one small heater that we had to move between rooms. In the last few days, the internet stopped working completely, though even before that, it was quite weak. For the three of us, we were provided with only one small shower gel, shampoo, and soap for the entire week. We later found out that cleaning required an additional fee, but the price was never disclosed. Toilet paper ran out by the second day. The owners expected us to take out the trash but did not provide any garbage bags. The kitchen was poorly equipped—plates and pans were old and dirty. There wasn’t even basic salt, which isn’t expensive but would have been useful. The gas stove was also a serious safety hazard; it wouldn’t light properly and, when it did, flames would suddenly shoot up towards your face. Additionally, if someone was taking a shower while washing dishes, you could forget about having warm water in the shower.

The location is very central and the view is lovely.
