Ground Saubere Wohnung

Leider keine Klimaanlage. Bei den Bilder aufpassen! Es wird ein Pool gezeigt, dieser gehört dem Hotel von nebenan und darf NICHT mitbenutzt werden.

Lokalizacja, dyży balkon

Brak odpowiedzi na wiadomości. Połamane łóżko w salonie, brak możliwości spania na nim. Brak Wi-fi. Klucze do odbioru w innej lokalizacji, co utrudnia zakwaterowanie po przyjeździe

Die Lage des Apartments

Ziemlich dreckig, es wurde nur oberflächlich geputzt. Offensichtlich gebrauchte, nicht gewaschene Decken lagen im Schrank. Vogelkot am Balkon wurde schon seit Monaten nicht mehr weggewischt. Der Dreck wurde einfach in eine Ecke gekehrt. Das Internet funktioniert nicht. Keine Klimaanlage. Küchenausstattung recht schlecht. Wir hatten für 3 Personen 1 Gabel zur Verfügung. Auch andere Gäste im Haus klagten über ähnliche Probleme/Unannehmlichkeiten. Auf Antworten zweier Fragen, welche ich den Vermietern per WhatsApp geschickt habe, warte ich heute noch. Bei einem Check-in nach 19 Uhr wird eine Zusatzgebühr in Höhe von € 20 verlangt, nach 24 Uhr € 40.

"Old and tired but great location"

Location excellent. Comfortable bed internal and external furniture ok but tired. Plenty of kitchen equipment.

Whole place needs renovation. Dream Algarve manage the property and where so inefficient we stopped asking after the 5th time to have some light bulbs in the bedroom 1 small mini led instead of 6 wall light and bedside lamps. No towels on arrival. Mid stay clean after 4 days !!!! The toaster didn't work, the microwave was old and rusty.
