Nice location and view.

Poorly kept, the flat would need a proper refresher, no AC, fan didn’t work. The pull out bed was broken. The agency / owner did not show up to repair it, so one of us slept on a lopsided pull out bed!

Location is pretty good, near super market and 10 minutes walk from meia praia.

- Everything is about to charge guests at maximum. - Free checkin hours - 4 hours a day.. - Key pickup at city center. - It was very cold at night and we got only 1 blanket.. - Bed very hard with old mattress. Impossible to fall asleep. - Nowhere to put belongings. Closet in bedroom is FULL of different crap like extra mattress, vacuum cleaner, ironing table etc. Had to put somewhere in a corner in order to put clothes into closet. - Host ignored until day of stay. - Breakfast budget ~1.5e. Corn flakes + bun. Every single day. - No WIFI. Had to request host. It took 2 days to top up internet and they topped up for a week while we stayed for 3 weeks. Ended up buying 5g internet at vodafone. - Overall wifi speed is about 40 mbits when connection is good. In normal language: Streaming youtube fullhd videos is not always possible. Video calls can lag aswell. - No instructions how to get to the pool. - No normal kitchen equipment. All pans are scratched and unusable. - Coffee machine is just for checkbox, according to its state no one ever used it and it doesn't give a trust. - No washing machine tablets. Even single one. - Regardless of your stay duration you will get exactly 2 towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper and 30 ml of soap. - No cleanup during long stay. Doesn't suite for: - traveling for work - longer stays I would rate a bit better, but I dont support hosts who fake reviews. I received email from booking saying "Thanks for review". I opened it, and there was my review with rating 10 and comments in different language made with google translate. I didn't do that. I am pretty sure host somehow fakes reviews.

Location at marina is great. Close to groceries, Restaurants, beach and town. Balcony was large and sunny. Rooms are large. Breakfast at the door is a real treat and good variety. This place is comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. Washing machine and drying rack are great. The place is bright and sunny. The internet is perfect but you must checkin with the management company if it runs out of data and they will top it up for you, no extra charge. Staff was very helpful. View is of the garden and out to the marina facing West. Lots of sun. Grocery store is a block away and it is perfect along with the large liquor store. Loved the short walk to the marina and all the restaurants and bars. Short walk over the foot bridge to downtown. The railway station is also just around the corner. The beach is a short walk. We would stay here again.

Double bed mattress is good but not great: a bit thin and small for our comfort. The pool is under renovation (January 2024) but this is winter and we don’t need it. I would suggest anyone coming in spring or summer weather and expecting a pool, to ask first if it is open.

Big living room

We have paid for an apartment with pool and we didn’t have access to the pool because they gave us the wrong key. I called them and they just said the residential might change the pool key. Also the pool is not near, you need to leave your building go the the street and walk to another residential to use them pool.
