Location is great, the lady who cleans is amazing, I left an important item in the apartment and she chased me to the airport to return it to me safely, beautiful person

Coffee machine would have been nice , but managed fine

Location is the best you can get! Room supplies and amenities exceeded my expectations, you literally get anything you may need during your stay. Bag of ice in the freezer and welcome drinks. Cleanup every day, bedding/towels change if needed, They provide you with beach towels as well. Incredible view from the terrace, you see cruise ships coming in and out and planes taking off and landing (not disturbing at all) Comfy cute beach just few steps down, with bar and restaurant. We got discount for beach umbrella and sunbeds, as guests of this apartments. Grocery stores like 3 minutes walk. This place may feel basic design wise (though we loved vintage furniture in bedrooms), but location, terrace and beach beats it! Has very good vibe. Amazing communication with the host, thank you Costas!

Il y a visiblement un problème de propreté tant dans l'appartement (ustensiles de cuisine gras et mal lavés) que sur la terrasse (le parasol moisi, les 5 ou 6 chats trop nourris qui vomissent sur la terrasse et la femme de ménage qui ne nettoie pas..). Notez que le bar est juste sous la terrasse des appartements du RdC, vous profiterez donc de la vue sur l'arrière cuisine aussi. Quel dommage de ne pas entretenir un tel emplacement. Si vous appréciez un peu de confort, vous n'êtes pas au bon endroit, passez votre chemin.

The terrace overlooking the sea was beautiful. Down the steps straight onto the beach. The bed was very comfortable. It was spacious. Frozen glasses in the freezer and some drinks in the fridge were a nice touch. The resident cats on the terrace were lovely!

Bathroom - extremely outdated with the very sharp broken soap holder/handle into the bath barely covered over with some ?? cloth and towel plastic bag it appeared. Rusty pipe work. Kitchen - the curtain pole was on the floor when we arrived and wasn’t repaired whilst we were there. Which to be fair was only 2 nights so there wasn’t much time. I would not have slept, or even sat on the bed settee as it appeared very old and stained. We didn’t need to, so not a problem for us. All of that said the apartment was cleaned well. There were no arrival instructions prior to the day. When we got to where we assumed we should be there were no instructions. Messaged the owner who said let him know when we were 10 mins away. Replied to say we were already there. Heard nothing more from him. Rang him several times and sent messages without any response. Waited almost an hour until a cleaner stopped by to help us. She rang him several times before eventually getting through. After which he did arrive.
