I Balconi sul Duomo

I liked everything! I can’t understand why people book central, old-fashioned locations and then expect something completely different, like IKEA-style modern furniture. If you are looking for a central location where you can feel the charm of Lecce, this is the place to book. The accommodation is in an old building, but everything is clean and decorated in a fitting, authentic style. There is some street noise, but you are practically on the main square, so that is expected. I would definitely go again and would recommend it. The host waited for us to give us the keys, and everything went smoothly.

Wat een appartement! Absoluut verliefd op de stijl en inrichting. Lekker alles op loopafstand.

Helaas betekende alles op loopafstand ook dat je midden in de stad zat en wakker wordt van de straatmuzikanten

Posizione fantastica, un pò rumorosa la notte. Appartamento spazioso e molto luminoso in stabile d'epoca, bello fuori.. da ristrutturare l'nterno. Arredamento basico, il divano bello e comodo...ha fatto il suo tempo. Da migliorare la pulizia di fondo. É stato comunque un bel soggiorno.

Tappeti e drappeggi, belli da vedere, difficile tenerli puliti e..inutili

Posizione bellissima, in pieno centro con il Duomo visibile dal poggiolo. Il proprietario molto cordiale.

L'appartamento ha un potenziale altissimo, è molto affascinante ma probabilmente attualmente non è curato al meglio. Consiglio in modo sincero di cambiare il divano letto che ormai ha fatto il suo tempo, di verificare gli scarichi della doccia e del lavandino e di mettere le istruzioni per fare partire il boiler dell' acqua calda.

No coração da cidade! Localização PERFEITA. Apartamento grande, cozinha completa. Nota 10 Anfitrião muito atencioso. Estacionamento fora do centro da cidade, pois é ZLT. Mas tem público. 10 minutos do centro da cidade. Mas não é problema pois o apartamento tem localização perfeita.

Very special apartment. Right in the heart of the historic old town with its ancient buildings and ambience. Huge windows, very light, spacious accommodation in ancient palazzo. Amazing views of the piazza & cathedral from the windows & balconies.The wow factor is the position of the apartment rather than its furniture, fittings & decor, although it is comfortable enough & contains most of the basics for a short stay. Didn't meet the owner but communication with him via WhatsApp was fine & the caretaker was friendly & obliging & we were able to check in early.

Quite old-fashioned & rather rough and ready. Shabby chic? We didn't mind but maybe not suitable for everyone. Kitchenware not of the newest standard & appliances rather dated. Some items missing from the kitchen - eg sieve & decent cups. Be aware of the following: very lively touristic area with the noises that go along with it; situated on first floor with quite a few steps up; bathroom & toilet separate but both very small.

La ubicación, frente al Duomo di Lecce y con unas vistas tremendas. La luz natural, mucha. La comodidad de los ambientes, muy grandes. Está muy, muy bien equipado, cuidando muchos detalles para nuestra comodidad . La cordialidad y buena predisposición de Alessandro, quién nos recibió personalmente, nos dió todas las indicaciones necesarias y hasta nos ayudó con nuestra pesada valija (1 piso x escalera)

La falta de luz artificial. Me hubiese gustado un poco más en cocina y comedor

La ubicación excelente y los dos bslcones lo mejor para ver el Duomo y la peatonal , muy grande y espacioso el departamento!!

Un poco ruidoso

La location è situata in pieno centro storico a Lecce. L’appartamento è accogliente e dotato di ogni comfort. Il proprietario gentile e disponibile. Bella esperienza!
