"A nice apartment convienent for shops, buses and station. Excellent WiFi, lift and washer/ dryer."

The apartment was in the city so easy access to the shops. restaurants and a reasonable walk to the station. Lift to the top floor a blessing for those with suitcases. Nice to have windows that opened for fresh air. Bed was good but 2 pillows per person would also be good. WiFi is excellent. Little Tokyo restaurant close by close was wonderful. The furniture is all lowish so need to be mindful of corners on coffee table which has a glass top perhaps a bit large for the confines of the apartment. Dining chairs need a little tightening. Pleased with the washer & dryer one reason we booked but necessitated buying a whole pack of capsules/ tablets. Carrying white powder in a baggie across the world not a good idea. Perhaps have a few washing capsules could be made available or ask the client if they need some before they arrive. Thankfully we could pass on the excess to family along with the extra toilet paper we purchased.

A bit noisy at night but didn't disturb once windows were closed. Fridge temp settings a bit dodgy as milk became yoghurt overnight.

Fantastic location. Really smart apartment accessed by a nice old iron lift. Got to drop in our bags early while the cleaner was at work so we could walk about town for a few hours before we checked in proper. Nice and clean. Wood floors, large windows with lots of light. Great smart TV. lots of space for a 1 bedroom place. Really liked it.

No towels (other than a hand towel) Turned out they were all in the washing machine so we had to wash them and then set them on a few dry cycles to have them for the next day. Had to buy toilet roll and the fridge didn't work - which led to the ruination of some fresh foods we bought for the next day. Contacted host & cleaner on day 1 until leaving a few days later via email and 2 phone numbers. No answer until morning we left saying they'd look into it. Too late obvs. No biggie but don't want to be doing the laundry and buying essentials etc. It was a heatwave so be nice to have a working fridge. Get their general maintenance together and it would be a great place.
