be wary when paying £100 damages deposit, I’ve still not received mine back when no damages where made!!!!!

The apartment was a great size, clean overall and in a great location.

It took 3 messages and 2 calls to obtain the code to get into the keybox which meant hanging around outside unable to check in. When we arrived we found that the shower was blocked. Messages regarding this were ignored and calls went straight to voicemail. On Saturday when reported directly to booking.com a reply was instantly received and someone was sent very quickly, however we were then told it was a known issue and couldn't be resolved until after we left. So we had been allowed to stay somewhere for a weekend where it was known the shower didn't work, without being told and then we were subsequently ignored when it was reported. Booking.com issued a small refund but there was still no communication at all from the property on it. A shame as the really bad customer service ruined what was otherwise a lovely apartment.
