Leeds Super Luxurious Apartments

The place was clean and nice! We were welcomed by a thoughtfully arranged dining table, complete with plates and flowers, which was very lovely.

One of the radiators in the room isn’t working, it was a bit cold.

Beautiful property and close to Town Centre. The Host very kindly left us coffee,tea & sugar and even biscuits which was very much appreciated after a long drive from the South of England.

The apartment is spacious

“Super Luxurious” Not a single thing about this property is “super” or “luxurious” The floors table and benches were sticky with god knows what. The couch looked like a barn animal (or teenage boys) had been sleeping on it. Many of the lights didn’t work, there was barely any hot water (Luke warm at best), this apartment advertised a washing machine which was a main draw card for us, we arrive and low and behold there is no washing machine. The contact with the management/owners was nothing short of abysmal. To receive check in information took hours, we never heard back about why there was no washing machine, the carpet in the small bedroom was filthy, the lights over the stove didn’t work, the blinds were broken, the lights in the small bedroom and a joining bathroom flickered to the point where we just had them off. These must be student accomodations as well as our neighbours were young lads smoking heavily what smelt like marijuana. This accomodation is a scam and I would never ever recommend it to anyone. The location is also in a relatively rough area away from anything decent unless you have a car which we thankfully did. Customer service could have made up for some of these things but apparently they don’t care for that.
