Leeds Super Luxurious Apartments

Well not sure where to start. We booked 2 apartments. At 1st glance both looked great, however they haven’t been up kept well. We had properties 1+6. 3 of us in 1….. literally 1 fork, no grill pan, pots left in the dishwasher…. The pillows are all lumpy, stains on the bedroom floor near the mirror. Literally every half hour people were coming in/out, doors slamming, screaming and shouting. Don’t think we had a continuous half hours sleep. Big hole in the wall of app6, 4 people stayed in that one, it was spacious but again wasn’t stocked to cater for 4. As a family with intolerances we prefer to cook breakfast etc but couldn’t as barely any thing to do so.

Very poor communication with the owner, apartment looked good when we walked in but things got worse and worse during our stay. No remote control for the TV, poor WIFI signal, only cold water in the shower in main bathroom and flickering lights. Absolutely shocking kitchen equipment, no knives, missing untensils, things left in the freezer by previous guetsts. Very , very dissapointing handling of my complaint to booking.com.

The house is modern, clean and tidy.

No lift. I stayed in the 2nd floor, and I had to bring my heavy lugguages....

Perfect size for 6 of us. Very clean and tidy and had all Of the facilities which were needed for our stay. Would definitely recommend to anybody and would return in a heartbeat. Location was 7 mins in an Uber to the centre which was fine.

Check in details could be sent 24 hours prior to stay to avoid panic.

My sons and I were in town for the football so needed a place to chill beforehand, and sleep afterwards. This place was perfect.

Nothing - it was great.
