Leeds Super Luxurious Apartments

It was very clean, nicely decorated and easy to access. There was free parking on the street outside, and it was easy walking distance to the city centre. The beds were comfy and there were lots of towels and bathroom products. Having two bathrooms was great, and the appliances like the coffee machine and the dish washer were helpful.

There wasn't a lot in the way of cutlery / cooking equipment - just enough forks / spoons for one meal, and no sharp knives at all for food prep. There were only 4 chairs for the dining table [and one of them has a wobbly leg!] - so one of us had to sit on the sofa instead. The lights flickered badly (in the main bathroom, the large bedroom and the standard lamp in the sitting room) so that was uncomfortable. We couldn't get hot water from the shower in the main bathroom.

Messaged to find out how to access the property. Was given a code but I couldn’t access the close door to put a code into the front door. Contacted them numerous times, no reply and no answer. Bad score as I didn’t even get into the property.

The property itself was spacious and modern.

We were informed by the host Adam to park in the ATS car park to the rear of the building as they have a contract with them, however once we checked out and were ready to leave, we were locked inside the car park. When we contacted Adam to inform him that we were locked inside, he gave false assurances that he was doing everything to get us out. We sat in the car for 1 hour and 20 minutes (chasing him for an update) before he allowed us to go back into the apartment to wait whilst he ‘tried to sort it’ - he had no idea when we would be able to leave. It was only then we saw a slight gap between 2 barriers and had to try and take the car out. We managed to get the car out, but took a huge risk when doing so. We do not think we would have been able to get out of the car park until the next morning with ATS was due to open. After this incident, Adam called me to tell me that he had reported the matter to his manager and would be in touch to reimburse me for our inconvenience, however this has not happened. I have called him on 3 separate occasions and he did not answer any of my calls no texts. It has been 2 weeks! The apartment is nice, but in my opinion not worth the hassle and service.
