Loft at The Coach House Apartments

Great property close to Leeds-Beckett University, which was the purpose of our visit. Good-sized bedrooms and living area.

The washing machine was noisy and caused the whole living area to vibrate when in use. It is best to run the cycle when you go out :-)

Microwave works but doesn’t heat anything. Pillows are like rocks Place needs a good clean & needs sometime to sort the finishing touches. Driveway gate needs securing as if only 1 person the gate swings & will hit the side of a car.

The apartment was really nice and perfect for our family. Parking was a great bonus

Great location, main room was big, bed & pillows really hard though, second room we didn’t use was smaller. The lights in bathroom were broken so it was dark for a couple of days till maintenance fixed them. The parking is quite tight but doable, washing machine took a while to work out and didn’t dry or we couldn’t figure out how it dried, maybe better instructions needed, for the tv too. The place didn’t feel quite as clean as I would expect, few spider webs, dust, slimy water deposits in bathroom etc and if it was cleaned recently I would have thought the cleaner would notice the broken bathroom lights. It was in a perfect location to the city, walking distance, but could do with the owner maybe staying a few days and being a tourist to work out what’s needed to be done to make more comfortable.

Really comfy beds and clean apartment.

Not enough mirrors and quite a dark property. The bathroom had 3 spotlights and only one was working properly and in one of the bedrooms only half the room felt like it was lit. That bedroom also had no mirror in it for getting ready.

Brilliant location, roomy apartment that is easy to find. Fabulous that it has its own parking space. Plenty of room for 4 grown adults. Big bathroom with lots of supplies. Comfy beds and a lovely, modern feel. Would definitely stay again.

We couldn't get the TV working (we bought our apple TV so it wasn't a problem at all for us), there were a few bits a pieces from previous guests under the sofas cushions and beds (earrings, cuticle oil and a hair brush). It was very warm and a fan would have been a nice addition (but we did go there on the hottest day of the year, so we would have been hot anywhere!)

Spacious for 3 for the weekend.

Needs a couple of small issues sorted. Table?, door handle,? bath plug.
