Property Notes

Please inform KSpace @ Waterloo Court in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Kspace Serviced Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note that there is no reception. The property offers a meet and greet service between 14:30 and 21:00 by prior arrangement. Check-in after 21:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days.
