Please inform KSpace @ Waterloo Court in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. Kspace Serviced Apartments will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 200 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Unfortunately the hotel are unable to accept group bookings, but welcome families at any time. Please note that there is no reception. The property offers a meet and greet service between 14:30 and 21:00 by prior arrangement. Check-in after 21:00 is possible for an additional fee of GBP 10 per hour, subject to availability and by prior arrangement. Cleaning, bed linen and towel changes will be made every 7 days.

Very clean and kitchen well equipped. Great location, a short stroll and you’re in Leeds centre. Would definitely stay here again.

Be useful if there was information on the welcome notes to inform you that the hot water is on a cylinder and only comes on at night unless boost is pressed. We ran out of hot water, I had a bath and then my husband had no hot water for his shower as we were unaware of the cylinder. We went out for the day hoping he could have a shower when he got back but the water was still freezing. This isn’t a complaint but just communication about the hot water cylinder would have been beneficial.

Location was good and suited the purpose of our visit.

Nothing to dislike, just needed a mure attention to detail, ie a mirror, loo roll holder and door hook for dressing gowns would have been useful!

HAVING A BALCONY WAS A BONUS PARTICULARLY AS WE ENJOYED SOME HOT SUNNY WEATHER SO WERE ABLE TO SIT OUT IN COMFORT AND PRIVACY. THE WASHING MACHINE WAS A GREAT ASSET. COMFY BED AND GREAT LAYOUT OF THE APARTMENT OVERALL. TRIED TO REBOOK PRIOR TO DEPARTURE FOR ANOTHER DATE NEXT YEAR BUT SAD THE DATES WE WANTED WERE BOOKED. WILL DEFINITELY STAY THERE AGAIN WHEN OTHER DATES ARE AVAILABLE. THE HOST WAS SO OBLIGING AND KIND
