La ubicación.

No estaba limpio. Tuve que limpiar la habitación, llevaba tiempo sin hacer el baño estaba igual. No funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Me solicitaron foto del DNI por WhatsApp, eso no se puede hacer. La reserva mediante su app es lenta y el acceso igual. 20 min. En la calle esperando para que me dieran el acceso. NO TIENE ASCENSOR. Si tienes problemas de movilidad te darás cuenta cuando llegues. No avisan en ningún sitio. La encimera rota. Un desastre.

Eine einzige Sache wäre Verbesserungsbedürftig: Das Apartement ist LEIDER keine Nichtraucherunterkunft. Das ist Schade, denn der Rauchgestank des/der Vormieters begrüßt einen schon wenn man das erste Mal hineingeht und ist auch die ganze Zeit nicht weggegangen.
