Housingleón - Five Rooms

Location was amazing, in the middle of the barrio humido was great. Directions from the host to find the property were good. He offered to suggest bars/restaurants, which we didn't need because we knew where we were going.

The form filling, copying passports and completing forms on line prior to checking in is a complete stress- unpleasant and unnecessary. I understand that personal info is required in advance of check-in in Spain, however in this case it feels like as the guest is acting as an unpaid receptionist. It also assumes that the guest has constant access to wifi/mobile signal, which is not always the case. The stairwell was not cleaned or swept for the entire time of our visit,. Dust, grime and paper accumulated on the stairs un-noticed by staff or management. We had a problem with the temperature in the room (too hot), and reported that the thermostat wasn't working. They said they would report it, but we never heard back from anyone.

The penthouse apartment was comfortable and had everything you need. Staff very responsive when needed. Check in and check out super easy. Facilities like new. Rather quiet.

La ubicación del apartamento era perfecta

El baño olía un poco mal a tuberías

La ubicación es inmejorable, siempre y cuando no necesites llegar en coche, al encontrarse en un entramado de calles peatonales.

Hay que tener en cuenta que los apartamentos no cuentan con ascensor, pero eso no es algo negativo, solo importante de conocer si tienes problemas de movilidad.
