Everything. This loft is gorgeous.. spacious, comfortable, close to everything, and everything we wanted. When we got there there was no hot water we sent a message and before we knew it it was fixed. They respond super quick to any issues. So nice. We loved everything.

Soft jazz playing on arrival, great decor.

AC systems were confusing, one never turned on. Remote for bed tv did not work.

The beds were amazing! I would recommend staying more than 1 night. We arrived in town early for an appt, we had hoped for an earlier check in just to have time to get settled but quite a bit more for early check in. After being up since early that morning we were too tired to go back out for dinner. Pizza Crossing is right there, (a big reason I chose this location!) so we walked over to pick up our order and just stayed in our room. It was so wonderful night.

We were not able to watch a movie due to the glitches in the Wi-Fi, we wouldn't get too far into a movie, and it would shut down. However, we did not have trouble with our phones.

Located in town close to stores and restaurants. Very interestingly cool rustic decor which suited the older warehouse exposed brick and hard wood floors, using barn siding and large wood slab furniture. The open layout was spacious and comfortably furnished. Kitchen well stocked with full size frig, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The bed mattress was extremely comfortable. Very large game room.

The stairs leading up to the loft steep and narrow and could present an issue for young kids and people with mobility issues. We stayed one of the first cold ( 35 degree ) nights. The heat was sufficient for our one night but we couldn’t get it warmer.
