Massimo could not have been more accommodating! The location of the apartment is superb! An owner that goes the extra mile with a property exactly where you need to be, perfect!

Excellent location in the historic center of Lucca, in the first floor (no problem with heavy luggage) Small kitchen is comfortable enaugh, in the kitchen were tea, coffee, bottle of wine , olive oil, spices, water… My flight was deleted and I have outlast my stay here 2 days. Massimo and Eugenia are fantastic. Massimo was very helpful if I needed any information, he answered per whatsapp very quickly.

Very nice, cozy, authentic old apartment in center location. Perfectly equipped - coffee, vino, books & dishes, all you need, everything seems to say „welcome“

Excellent location. First floor means fewer stairs

Couch very uncomfortable. Paint flaking off wals in places.

Very central location.

- Remarkably uncomfortable bed (essentially it's an old rotten sofa turned into a bed). - Badly placed air-condition, shooting cold air straight on the bed, you can't sleep. Sleeping with the windows open is not an option either: way too loud with people passing by and talking loud all night long. - Lousy & cheap renovation: the cheapest you can imagine, kind of a quick face-lifting of an old, badly maintained room. - Many small inconveniences, for example not even a nail to hang your face towel on the bathroom wall!! You need to leave it over your body towel on a short (~50cm high) metallic stand on the floor, folding them both to make sure they don't touch the floor... If I were the owner of this property, I would spend a week living myself in there to spot (and repair) various inconveniences and issues, and I would spend another week's income to place a proper bed and relocate the air-condition. Or I would leave things as is, and I would keep receiving this kind of reviews :-)

Excellent communication with the owner. Property is in a centre, so everything is walking distance. Parking is available not far off. We enjoyed stay in Lucca.
