This is a beautiful apartment in a quiet area just inside the walls but within easy reach of everything in the city. The apartment has everything you need for a short say with the added bonus of AC. The terrace is a fantastic place for breakfast and pre-dinner drinks. The next time we stay in Lucca, we are definitely booking this apartment again.

Perhaps a sun shade on the terrace would be helpful as the direct sun during the day is very hot.

Lovely location right next to Lucca's wall and close to all amenities. Stunning first impression of old building. Large windows in living room let light flood in. Huge terrace with near 360 degree views.

Marble stairs in the apartment were very steep and had restricted height at the bottom. Bathroom and bedroom on different floors. Hairdryer did not work properly.

excellent location easy access to centre of city , roof terrace was a real bonus excellent for outdoor dining .

I realise it can't be helped but there are a lot of stairs .

situated within the old town . easy walk to restaurants and shops etc. Nice outdoor terrace but unfortunately we didn’t have good weather so we’re unable to take advantage of it. would need shade though on a hot day.

Marco is a fantastic host and provided excellent information and advice. The property is an absolute joy with its close location to the the centre of Lucca just a few minutes walk away. The property is of good standard with everything you would require. The absolute icing on the cake is the fabulous large private terrace where you can dine, have a glass of wine in the evenings or simply admire the wonderful view of Lucca. I would not hesitate to book this place again!
