Perfect location, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The views were amazing and it was a wonderful spot to make home in Lucca.

Location and the view.. Lots of lovely vintage items decorating the apartment but I think the fridge was probably bought from the same antique shop

The pitch black stairs with 5 large electric scooters blocking entrance are a fire hazard. No lights on the hallway and stairs, the wooden access ladder to the terrace is steep. Heavy cast iron chairs and table are very uncomfortable to sit on for very long

Instructions for accessing the property were clear and concise. Additional advice on where to park for free was very useful. Rooms were spotless and clean, bedding was fresh Living space & kitchen were nice and spacious Air con was very welcome. Location within the city centre was amazing Views from the roof terrace was perfect for having a small breakfast or a bottle (one) of wine

As with these older buildings the staircases from the Gnd floors up to the higher floors can be a challenge.. good exercise, but might be a problem for some. Care should be taken when using them. Staircase to roof terrace is quite steep (you will only hit your head once) not really suitable to carry lots of dishes to eat on the terrace, and I would advise against getting too tipsy up there.. nice space though. Not a lot of cupboard or hanging space.. enough space for shelving though

Would have appreciated notification that there was noisy building works surrounding us, including on the roof from 8am every day.
