Affordable suite with a view - Heart of Lucca, 2 baths, 3 SmartTV

Perfect Location in the heart of the city. Shops, restaurants, grocery store - everything very close. Very clean and comfortable appartment with air condition and two bathrooms. We also got useful and friendly advice where to go and what to do in Lucca.

Locatie was uitstekend, appartement was schoon, gezellig en had alles wat je nodig hebt, host reageerde snel op vragen en was heel behulpzaam.

In de nacht was het enigzins luidruchtig door mensen die op stap zijn, maar dat is ook omdat je recht in het centrum zit. Het is ook een voordeel als je zelf nog op stap wilt. Gelukkig sliepen de kinderen er doorheen.

great location and a very nice vibe. The kitchen was fully equipped, so it was easy to prepare breakfast in the apartment. We had a great stay.

no lift and very steep steps to reach the apartment, Which is typical for this type of building in the old town. it took us a while to get used to it, but still worth the while.

Location is central and the apt is very cute and clean. We literally saw the housekeeping lady doing a very thorough job, i was impressed. The instructions given by the host were very detailed and the host was responsive.

The AC in the main bedroom was not functioning. It is an incredibly hot apartment so almost impossible to sleep without one. I see that this comment has been given before (by other guests) and i think this issue was not addressed. The AC is very loud and honestly not doing anything. I ended up unplugging it in the middle of the night and opening a few windows - but if you do that be prepared to be woken up around 6 am with street noise. Please fix the Air conditioning. The information cart in the apartment needs to be updated as it contains outdated information.

We loved the flat, its possition in the very centre and Chiara was the most helpful host. Highy highy reccomended.

The flat was very comfortable and very central. Good beds and Kitchen facilities . Nice with the service like dishwasher taps, soap, washing up liquid ect. Very helpful owner. Easy and quick check in.

The aircondition was very noisy in one of the bedrooms. We stayed in the July where it was need. There were many stairs to the flat which you need to be aware off. Although not a problem for us since we were ok fit.

The apartment was very comfortable and the location was ideal. I had a question about the internet late at night which I expected to be answered the next day. Much to my surprise it was answered within minutes. Chiara also gave lots of suggestions for places to shop and eat.

Climbing the stairs was very difficult. Of course that can’t be changed but it needs to be known so that visitors are not surprised by the steepness.
