Great central location with the bonus of being quiet. The apartment although small was well designed. It was quite well equipped with a good supply of coffee, olive oil, salt, dishwasher liquid etc. As there were 5 of us, having 2 bathrooms was great. We appreciated the welcome bottle! Communication with Ilaria was friendly, helpful and comprehensive.

The aircon in one bedroom was quite noisy and not very efficient. The electric light in the kitchen was inadequate. It would have been useful to have a shelf in the en-suite bathroom.

The AC was not strong enough for the heat of July in Lucca ! Beds were not very comfortable but the place was very cute!

The house was amazing. All the equipments were clean and sufficient. The location is also great.

There were a lot of steps, but that is the price for a view.

Great host! She really helped out finding restaurants and so on. Super location, but try to limit your luggage. Than again it is really in the middle of lucca. Appartement is small, clean and nice to be in.

Could not reach the location by car.

Very well located in the heart of the historic old town. The washing machine is great if you’re in Italy for more than a weekend.

The host took a great care of us, was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We had everything we needed and our stay was overall a very nice experience. We hope to come back in the future soon.

American family of 4, staying 3 nights end March. Good communication from the manager and detailed entry instructions. Secure apartment located off side alley of main shopping street. We found free parking within 10-15 mins walk. Don't try to haul too much luggage!! 2 full bathrooms a PLUS. Pisa 30 mins drive (free parking at coach station, 8 mins walk from tower and free Duomo entry ticket, go to ticket office to get it). Sadly rained out in Lucca one day, so we didn't get the full experience but enjoyed it. Loved climbing some of the towers and the Lucca Duomo's paintings were stunning! Kids loved archaeological dig in the base of the church. Handy Conad supermarket 2 mins walk from apartment. Most basics for cooking were there as well as a large refrigerator. Comfortable bed, hot, powerful shower was fun - see pics. Overall, a good experience and apartment met expectations.

Generally very good. For future guests, we suggest a couple of throw blankets for comfort, extra mugs (more than 2 and all with a handle would be good), extra plates and a dish towel. The pillows were like rocks and only one each - definitely suggest extra pillows for comfort (as well as medical reasons for some guests).
