Everything was much better than expected. The owner has done everything and beyond for my satisfaction. The apartament is beautiful even much better than on the photos. Beautiful design, much space, very convenient, the best location in the city. Beautiful views on the roofs of Lucca. Very interesting inferior design solutions. Equipped with everything even coffee machine and iron, dish washer and washing machine.There were the essential ingredients as coffee, tee, oil, salt, wine glasses, everything is needed for a few days. Even shower gel , very good quality shampoo and body milk. Like in a good hotel. Beds and pillows are very comfy, bed linen and towels are very good quality. Super wifi! Thank God there is no tv in bedrooms! It's very positive! You can enjoy the whole experience. Owner is very easy communication and extremely helpful. I made a good use of the recommendation of Chiara for cocktails, dinner etc. Late check in was very esasy and even got late check out for free. Thank you Chiara for everything. Be back definitely!
